By accessing or using EtsyArtPacker ("the Service", "the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the tool.
2. License & Commercial Usage
EtsyArtPacker is free and open-source software distributed under the MIT License. You are fully permitted to use the application for both personal and commercial digital wall-art and print-on-demand (POD) product preparation.
You may not use this tool to process unlawful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content, nor attempt to distribute malicious software through the platform.
3. Client-Side Processing & Intellectual Property
All image cropping, aspect-ratio scaling, 300 DPI metadata injection, and ZIP packaging occur strictly client-side within your browser. We do not claim any ownership or license rights over the images you process. You retain 100% intellectual property rights to all your artworks.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we ensure high precision in pixel ratios and 300 DPI JFIF metadata headers, users are advised to inspect test prints and preview files prior to listing for sale on Etsy or third-party marketplaces. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or lost-sale damages arising from your use of the service.
5. Free Service & Future Offers
EtsyArtPacker's core features are free forever. In the event that optional premium tiers (e.g. bulk batching or API services) are introduced in the future, paid offerings will include transparent pricing and a 14-day refund window upon contacting support.
